Welcome to my first podcast roundup!

Hi, my name is Teri Fisher and I’m a sport and exercise physician as well as the founder of The Exercise Movement. My passion is to help people like you get active, fit and healthy in order to make positive changes in your life.

Over the years, I’ve really enjoyed creating podcast content for you. So today, I’m sharing a few of my favourites!

A few months ago, I surveyed The Exercise Movement subscribers on what are some of the challenges you have with fitness and exercise. The responses were amazing and I want to thank you all for participating in this survey.

And the key question that I asked was this: What is your biggest challenge when it comes to exercise and fitness? The thing that struck me the most was how often I heard the same answers from people. It shows that there are a couple of very common struggles that you are having:

  • Motivation
  • Consistency
  • Time
  • Diet
