I’ll add to it as I learn more, but you’ll notice that in the future I will reference this page quite often. I recommend bookmarking it for your reference and convenience. Enjoy!

If you look at nothing else on this page, these are the ones that you should know about. I find myself recommending these programs again and again, in emails and in videos. I use them because they work, and I’m confident you’ll agree too.

21 day FIX Logo

21 Day Fix is the most recommended home fitness program by myself and the rest of The Exercise Movement Team! It includes an awesome 3-week exercise program and a nutrition program that is so easy, you just have to be able to match your food to colour-coded containers. Piece of cake! (No. Wait… don’t have the cake.)


21 Day Fix Extreme is the same deal as 21 Day Fix, an awesome 3-week program combined with the nutrition plan…. only you crank the intensity up! If you have a good fitness base, or want a real challenge, this is the one for you! (Oh, and in this program, you definitely don’t get cake!)


CIZE is all about having fun while exercising.. so much so that you forget that you are exercising. This one is all about dancing your way into health. It starts with easy routines, so even if you have 2 left feet you can do it. And then it progresses…..

PiYo is for those who love Yoga and Pilates…. get it??  This is the best program out there if you want to focus on flexibility and core strengthening. And it has a great soundtrack! I admit that flexibility is not my forte, but this is my go-to program when I need to get stretched out!

This one is all about time! Each workout in this program is only 25 minutes! When I am really short on time and I know I need to get my workout in – this is the one I turn to. But I warn you – you’ll be working for the whole 25 minutes!

This is called Insanity: Max 30 for a good reason. This is the mother on all intense workouts. You go hard. You go fast. And you see how long it takes for you to max out. If you make it the whole 30 minutes, I wanna know about it!

This one is all about resistance training. You need to have some dumbbells and a stability ball or bench for this program. This all about toning for the girls and bulking up for the guys. I put on 10 pounds of muscle when I first did this program. But don’t let that scare you, ladies! For you – this will define your muscles and tone incredibly well.

Beachbody on Demand

If you’re undecided, this is the best option. You get access to over 300+ different workout programs. The catch is it doesn’t include any of the programs mentioned above. BUT, what it does include is P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum, TurboFire, TurboJam, Chalean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin’ Body, Slim in 6, Tai Cheng, Rev Abs, and much, much more. It even has a maternity program!

I think the best program out of the ones included is P90X3, which is the sequel to P90X, the most well-known home workout program on the planet. In my view, P90X3 is even better than the original because everything in P90X has been condensed to 30 minute workouts. This program has everything – cardio, strength, flexibility, yoga, pilates, martial arts, you name it. If you are looking for a complete program, this is it! And it’s included in Beachbody on Demand!


These are the apps that I use on almost a daily basis. Some of these are fitness apps, some of them are business apps, and other are just plain fun. As far as I am concerned, these are the best of the best!



MoviePro is THE BEST camera app out there for taking videos on your phone. It allows you to focus on specific parts of the frame, zoom in and out, and actually pause recording in the middle. There are too many features to mention! This is the app that I use to make all of my fitness and other videos. You have to check this one out!


These are some of the best personal development books I have come across. I have read every single one of them and they are highly recommended!

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson

This book is awesome! This is all about doing the things that you need to do on a daily basis that give you “the slight edge” that compounded over time produce massive results!

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy

This book is all about decision that we make on a daily basis. I have learned so much from this.  If you make the right decisions day after day, the results are compounded and can lead to tremendous results!

Go Pro by Eric Worre

Go Pro is one of the best books out there that helps you take your network marketing business from amateur to professional. A must read for anyone interested in network marketing!

Start With Why by Simon Sinek

This is an incredible book. This is all about finding your purpose and the importance of finding your “why”! For a little taste of what this is about, check out Simon Sinek’s Ted talk video (which happens to be the most viewed video) !
