Coaching and Support

Support is the most important component to your success and something that I am absolutely passionate about! Have you ever fallen off the wagon when starting a fitness program? For your fitness program, you can choose from a huge variety of world class, award-winning, at-home DVD workout systems that are either 21, 30, 60, or 90 days in length. There are programs for every fitness level and ability. You can choose one based on your level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), the amount of time you have available to workout (10 minute to 90 minute workouts), and/or the type(s) of workouts you want (strength training, speed and agility, cardio, a focused body area, or a combination of all of the above). They are led by world-renowned fitness trainers. Each program comes with a complete series of DVD workouts. Each program comes with a complete workout calendar so that it is absolutely clear what workout to do on each day. You simply check your calendar, and do the workout. The programs also come with Quick-Start Guides and instructions on how to use the programs and how to do the various moves. Even better, they come with a way to keep track of your progress with custom made logs for each of the programs. It could not be easier!



Nutrition is an integral part of any fitness program; this includes making appropriate food choices and minimizing “junk” calories. Each program comes with a meal plan and instructions on how to maximize your results by following the plans. Some of the porgram even come with a complete portion control system, using colour-coded containers that eliminate the need for counting calories, point, or simply guessing if you are getting the right amounnt of the nutrients.
